by Clyde TrentWe worked with Dwight for almost a year while trying to sell our home and find our next one, and I can say without hesitation that he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Our journey was not a simple one. Our home was on and off the market, we had a contract fall through, we had over 50 showings, and we even ended up having to replace our septic system in the middle of everything. It was a lot. Dwight stayed steady, patient, and honest with us the entire time. What stood out most was that he didn’t just “list a house” or “send us listings.” He actually guided us. He helped us think clearly when we were overwhelmed, gave realistic advice when decisions felt high-stakes, and never pushed us to settle for anything that didn’t fit what mattered to our family. When we were under a tight deadline to move out and still hadn’t found our next home, he worked quickly but carefully to help us find the right one- and it truly is the right one. It fits our family better than the house we thought we wanted. On the selling side, he handled communication, questions, negotiations, and updates so we never felt in the dark. When we needed help with the septic replacement, he pointed us in the right direction and connected us with the company we ultimately used. He answered every question (we had a lot), took every call, and talked us through every worry. It never felt like we were “just another client.” Buying and selling a home comes with stress- there’s no way around that- but Dwight never added to it. He actually helped carry it. We genuinely felt supported and cared for during a season that could have easily felt overwhelming. We’re now in our new home, our kids are thriving, and looking back we can clearly see how everything lined up. We’re grateful for Dwight’s part in helping us get here.
